TravelCores is a Netherlands-first hotel booking platform being developed around hotel discovery, availability, booking operations and the operational lifecycle behind an OTA reservation.
The initial strategy is intentionally focused on the Netherlands rather than launching broadly across multiple markets.

Business problem
A booking interface is only the visible part of an OTA.
Hotel search and checkout are only part of the product. A functioning booking platform also needs to manage booking state, holds, confirmations, cancellations, financial records, operational exceptions and reconciliation.
The project therefore explores both the customer experience and the operational booking infrastructure behind it.
