Shahz Taxi is a digital platform designed around the operating model of an independent taxi business with one driver and one vehicle.
Rather than reproducing the complexity of a multi-driver fleet platform, the product focuses on the booking and administration needs of a single operator.

The business did not need a fleet-management system.
Many transport platforms are designed around multiple drivers, vehicle allocation and large operational networks. That complexity does not match a business where the owner is also the only driver.
The product therefore needed to provide a modern customer experience while keeping the operating model deliberately simple.
